We dressed up our girls as Tinker Bell twins and they looked so darling together. We headed over to my brother Jon and sister Lisa's house in Carlsbad for our annual Halloween fun. We ate a tasty chili dinner with cornbread and chip and walked across the street to watch the sun set over the ocean. As soon as the evening became dark we all started out for some “trick-or-treating” fun. My girls had absolutely the best time going door to door and putting candy in their bright orange pumpkin buckets. Everyone could not get enough of watching Rael because she would walk right into everyone’s home, thinking she was a guest, and would grab handfuls and handfuls of candy from their bowl. It was fun to see Laylie hop, skip, and run to each door, with Rael trying to keep up. It was an amazingly fun Halloween and I know that it’s only going to get better each year.
