Camping For The Weekend

Last weekend was our very first…Camping Trip!!

I have grown up going on vacations and popping a tent where ever the Troncone family landed. I have learned to really enjoy the outdoors, listening to the birds make their noise at 4am, bon-fires and so much more. This time it was our very first camping trip as a married couple and we truly enjoyed ourselves. I had the honor of doing all the packing. Man, you think you would need a moving truck for all the things for camping. A tent, stove, lamp, sleeping bags, clothes, food but it is all worth the time. We headed up to Valley Center which is only 45 minutes from where we live but it seemed like it was far into the woods. We met Jason’s family at the campsite and we had a wonderful weekend with them. Making food, playing games, relaxing and laughing by the fire made some cherished memories. We had a fun and terrific weekend. Here are some photos of our time together…

Eating breakfast. More food gets on her cheeks than in her mouth at the moment.

The Whole Family

  1. Now you know why when I was pregnant with Nicole #6 I said to Dad - if you want to do more surfing trips - I am gonna NEED a motorhome! The first time I baked sweet rolls in the motorhome oven I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Sweeter that that, is all the memories of camping with all the fam.

  2. Camping in a tent, camping in a cabin, it's all about gathering the family and I love it! Thanks for so much fun! xo
