Holton is 2 Months

The Little Man is 8 Weeks: 

Holton is extremely adorable in every way. He is our little man and we can't get enough of his cuddles and tiny little body. He is smiling and making eye contact now which is so much fun. Holton enjoys cooing at musical toys and people he adores. He always gets comments on his perfectly tanned skin and beautiful eyebrows. Our little boy completely melts our hearts, and his warm body against our chests makes the world fade away. Soon our little guy will be moving around, growing big and tall - so when he falls asleep in our arms, we remind ourselves to sit down and soak it up, and let all the others things wait. This is the time to enjoy every moment we have with our baby and we hope we can remember it like yesterday, years from now. Each morning, it is wonderful to dress two cute little girls in pink and then go to the next room over to dress a little baby in blue.

Sunshine and Summer Days

Summer is in full force here and we are loving it!

We have been swimming in cool refreshing water - Rael took her first swim lessons with Daddy for two weeks and Laylie no longer needs her floaties. Yay, we love the water in summer!  

We have been enjoying playdates with friends, going on walks to the park, and hanging out at home with no worries to be anywhere.

Laylie has been so extremely helpful these past few months. She loves to help put away all the groceries, make us breakfast and lunch, clean the whole kitchen, and every morning without being asked she cleans her room. She is my helper throughout the day to cuddle Holton when I need to get a few things done or play with Rael. She is the greatest big sister with so much love, patience and grace.

 Rael's favorite thing lately is helping dad BBQ in the backyard and play all day long. 

Uncle Tim came over to hang out! We didn't want him to leave so the girls taped him to the chair with painters tape so he will never go. Unfortunately, Uncle Tim did escape and chased the girls around the house with lots of laughter and screams.

We are thrilled summer is just getting started and there is tons more fun to happen! 

Rael is 3!!

Our blue eyed little girl turned the big 3. Our Rael is the most darling little girl and we are in love with her. We adore her blonde hair with lots of tight curls, bright blue eyes, her tiny little freckle above her lip, her dimples, and her chubby little cheeks.

 We adore the way she makes everyone laugh and how she constantly says the cutest things. She is our child that keeps us on our toes and with here, there is never a boring moment. She is sweet, tender, and loving, and also has a cute feisty personality. Rael, you light up our hearts and we are so thankful to God that he has gifted us with such a special little person. We are passionately in love with you and never can get enough of that tiny little body. She welcomes anyone with a "hello" and is very outgoing. Laylie and Rael are the bestest of friends and spend most of their days being together. She is becoming the best big sister to Holton and always runs to his needs. She absolutely loves the TV show Daniel Tiger, and she is constantly playing "Mommy/Daddy's" which is how she refers to her doll house. She is the best snuggler and will wrap her little arms around you neck as tight as she can. 

Rael enjoys snacks and her all time favorite food is Mac and Cheese. This year has been a big one - she is now potty trained fully throughout the day/night, she sleeps in a big girl bed, she sits in a big chair for meals, and she has truly become a big sister. Rael, you light up our hearts and we love you so much. We have enjoyed being with you and watching you grow these past 3 years. We can't wait to watch you become the little lady that God has planned you to be. 

Pampering Rael on her 3rd Birthday was too much fun - We got our nails done, we went out to lunch, and we had a fun time swimming at Auntie Lisa and Uncle Jon's pool for the evening. Yay for being 3!
